Breeam ES Housing Certification 2011 - Residencial Argos II

Areall, as Breeam ES Authorised Entity, and Nuria García as Breeam ES Licensed Assessor, have managed the achievement of the Breeam VERY GOOD Certification, for the Argos II Residence.
Promoted by ASG Homes (Edificio Goya 63 S.L.), this residential has 290 homes between the three buildings that make up this development. It has some exemplary amenities, such as a gymnasium, social room, children's room, show cooking, solarium on the pool deck and butterfly garden.

In all phases of construction, have been taken into account, a number of factors necessary to reduce the environmental impact, for it:
