From Areall, our technicians work as Project Managers in the development of residential promotions, both in Andalusia and in the rest of the national territory.

Currently, we have a portfolio of more than 1,200 homes under development, together with common areas of residential services. We have more than 150 million euros in projects currently underway.

In the organisation of Areall we have opted for a matrix structure. This type of structure allows us great flexibility when dealing with our clients' orders, providing us with the necessary resources depending on the different stages of the projects and their requirements and development.
